These terms govern your use of the Autosure Insurance Brokers website ("the Site") and the brokerage services we provide.

Brokerage services

Autosure Insurance Brokers is an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP 22133) and acts as an intermediary between you and the insurer. Cover is only in force once accepted by the insurer and premiums are paid.

Quotations

Quotations are non-binding, indicative and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final premiums and terms are determined by the insurer.

Your responsibilities

You warrant that information supplied is true, complete and accurate. Non-disclosure may result in claims being rejected or policies being voided.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autosure will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
